Gratitude

As our fundraising time comes to an end, we want to thank everyone who has helped us financially in bringing Teddy to the States to be hosted.  It can seem very overwhelming at times all the requirements financially (the amount we have been fundraising does not include the application fee, the education fees, and the connecting flight-yikes), time for mandatory education, appointments that we have to get in place for him when he comes….But when we focus on Teddy and know he is a little boy who really needs a family and someone to be his voice, the knot of anxiety of all that needs to be done is put in perspective.  Not one person had to help us in this journey.  We are humbled by those who have chosen to join us in the pursuit to find his family. The lessons our children are learning are priceless.  As our youngest pulled out her purse and gave us her dime and eight pennies and said “Can I donate to bring Teddy here?”, we know our family is being changed.  Please continue to pray and spread the word about Teddy! 

As a side note: Though the fundraising button says there are 0 days left, it is still working.  And for a very short time you are still able to donate through the site.  We are about $1300.00 short of what is needed.  We know the Lord will provide one way or another!
